THE COMPANY
The BOKOBSA family originally comes from Tunisia and has been dealing in wine since 1870. They produce kosher wines and their well-known BOUKHA.
They are still producing more than two million bottles in Tunisia, mainly on their TAKELSA estate in the wine-growing region of Cap Bon.
They have also been active in france, producing wines mainly from Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley as well as Provence, Champagne, Val de Loire, Beaujolais and Burgundy since 1970. Every year they are attempting to find new producers to grow kosher wines.
Wines and BOUKHA are on sale in many countries, and mainly in the United States where the BOKOBSA and HERTZOG families (Royal Wine Corporation in Brooklyn, N.Y.) are closely related.
In France, they are distributed in specialised shops and supermarkets (Auchan, Métro etc.) in most large cities.
